About Laser Treatment for Skin Tightening
With the combination of RF energy and light, the targeted area can be strategically heated beneath the surface of the skin, stimulating collagen production. Treatment can be especially beneficial for the neck and face, and it is effective on all skin types. Results can include firmer skin, wrinkle reduction, and a smoother complexion. Patients typically do not require any downtime after treatment, and results should begin to appear immediately. Four sessions are typically recommended, one month apart for best results.
What is Sublime laser tightening?
Sublime Skin Tightening with our Candela Elos Plus combines both bi-polar RF energy and deep infrared heat to target the dermis layer of the skin. The controlled deep dermal heating shortens aged collagen fibres and leads to the production of new collagen fibres.
Sublime Skin Tightening is a non-invasive, skin treatment similar to a facial. However, instead of using products, our laser technician uses our laser technology. Although Sublime Skin Tightening can be done any where on the body, the face and neck are by far the most common target areas.
How much downtime is needed after the skin tightening treatment?
The Sublime skin tightening treatment requires virtually no downtime. Gone are the days of having to carefully schedule your life around your appointment—in fact, many of our clients are able to return to their daily lives immediately post-treatment. A sensation similar to a mild sunburn may be present for the first 24 hours post-procedure; however, if it does occur it will calm down quickly. Clients should be able to continue their regular skin care and makeup routines. We highly recommend incorporating an SPF into your daily routine post-treatment (if you don’t already)!
