Elegance Photo-facial

After an Elegance Photofacial, you can expect to see gradual fading or lightening of pigmented lesions (freckles, brown, sun, or age spots, melasma etc.) and vascular lesions (spider veins, red spots, telangectasias, rosacea etc.). You may also see textural improvements towards the end of the series of treatments (reduced pore size and fine lines).

Is the photofacial treatment painful?

Most clients find this treatment to be uncomfortable, but not overly painful. During your appointment, the skin will be cleansed and a cooling spray is used with the laser to make the treatment more comfortable. When treated, you will feel a hot snap on the skin which is then comforted by the cool sapphire tip of the applicator. There is a gradual heat built up in the skin which feels similar to how it does when you have been sitting in the sun and your skin gets hot. The discomfort of the treatment subsides quite quickly.

How often do I need to get this treatment performed?

Although the skin will significantly improve after 1 treatment, it is recommended, and most patients are happiest, when they receive a series of 2 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart.

What is the cost of this treatment?

An Elegance photofacial is $299 for a full face session.
If multiple sessions are purchased at once, package pricing may be available. Book a consultation with us to determine how much your treatment plan will cost!

The Difference ELEGANCE Makes

At Elegance Medical Aesthetics, we believe that each patient is unique, requiring his or her own treatment that is different from anyone else’s.  So much of the cosmetic industry is “over-hyped”  with clever marketing lingo that creates a confusing mess of services that may or may not be suitable for you.

That is why we take a standard medical approach with each patient. When you come in with something you’d like to change about your appearance, our first step is determining a proper treatment plan for you. This is done with a thorough consultation so we can listen to your goals and understand who you are as a person.
