The Oxygeneo™ facial is an advanced skin resurfacing treatment that combines exfoliation, oxygenation, and infusion of customized serums to improve the overall health, appearance, and radiance of the skin. The OxyGeneo™ exfoliates the upper skin layer to remove dead cells, open clogged pores, smooth the surface and renew the skin. The treatment generates an abundance of CO2 bubbles that permeate the upper skin layer to trigger a physiological response known as the Bohr Effect. During the Bohr Effect, the body sends O2-rich blood to the skin to replace the CO2. This results in optimal skin oxygenation and increased cellular activity. At the same time, OxyGeneo™ infuses nutrients, vitamins and selected active ingredients that nourish the skin and promote healthier and smoother complexion.

What to Expect: We start off with a double cleanse customized to your particular concerns to prepare the skin. Next, our medical aesthetician oxygenates and infuses the skin after selecting the appropriate serum, the aesthetician will proceed with the treatment. After the oxygenation is complete, your treatment includes a relaxing lymphatic facial massage with the ultrasonic massage handpiece. The facial is finished off with a 15-minute medical-grade LED light therapy treatment and a medical-grade serum and moisturizer application tailored to the skin.

The LED light therapy is done using a professional-grade LED light panel by LightStim™, a panel that has been scientifically proven to help with inflammatory conditions, acne scarring, and signs of aging.

LED LIGHT THERAPY

The Elegance Oxygen LED facial finishes your treatment off with 15 minutes of professional grade LED combined light therapy to help with inflammation of the facial tissue. The treatment has been proven to help reduce fine lines, reduce inflamed acne lesions, and reduce scarring through it’s powerful and targeted restorative treatment.  No pain is experienced during the light therapy, but should you wish to forego the light treatment, an Oxygeneo facial can be completed on its own without the use of light therapy.

How does the facial feel?

The first step in your OxyGeneo LED treatment feels like a warm massage for the face. It can tingle and warm up as the oxygenation treatment is occurring, but this sensation quickly settles. The exfoliation is described as very comfortable. Then, the LED StimLight therapy feels warm and relaxing, settling any inflammation that is in the skin. The skin is left feeling baby soft to the touch. 

Can I have this done right before an event?

 Absolutely! The Elegance OxyGeneo LED treatment has no downtime and the skin looks and feels great right after. If you have an upcoming event, schedule your treatment on the day before and everyone will be sure to notice how radiant your skin looks during the event.

How many treatments do I need?

After one treatment, you will notice a significant improvement in skin texture, hydration and glow. To target particular skin concerns we suggest a series of 3 treatments completed every 3-4 weeks to combat those tougher skin concerns. 

Is there downtime?

The treatment is completed over about 45 minutes. You may be slightly pink for only 15-20 min post procedure, depending on your skin’s sensitivity. You will be able to return to work or your regular activities immediately after the procedure.  

What results can I expect?
